In the case of a refund, the customer should be directed to the merchant. Once the merchant confirms the refund, they must initiate the refund process. If AhaPay approves it, the amount will be returned to the card used for payment within 14 business days.
If the customer does not pay, AhaPay assumes the financial responsibility. However, the customer will no longer be able to use the service, and some risk adjustments will be applied to the merchant.
